The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves managing performance management processes, providing strategic HR support to align with company goals, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Business Partner will act as an advisor to employees and managers, driving organizational effectiveness and talent development.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practicesHave experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferred in BFSI sector.Expertise in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment LawsProficiency in Performance Management and strategies to drive employee growthExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaborationDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic HR guidanceProactive problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)An advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plusPrior experience in a similar role or in a dynamic organizational setting preferred
