Position Overview:

As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of search and recommendation features to deliver personalized and relevant experiences for our customers. You will be the customer’s voice as we build a best-in-class Search experience for Zepto.


Key Responsibilities:


* Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

* Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market research to identify opportunities for enhancing the search and recommendations experience.

* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

* Algorithm Development: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement advanced algorithms for search relevance and personalized recommendations.

* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of search and recommendation features, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

* A/B Testing: Lead A/B testing initiatives to evaluate the impact of new features and optimizations, iterating based on results to achieve optimal performance.

* User Experience: Advocate for a seamless and intuitive user experience, ensuring that search and recommendations are user-friendly and contribute to a positive shopping journey.

* Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in search and recommendations, leveraging insights to keep our product offerings competitive.

* Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
