Senior Product Manager - Unacademy Language Learning


At Unacademy Languages, our goal is to make learning a new language an immersive and enriching experience that goes beyond vocabulary and grammar. The app helps learners progress confidently, retain information better, and achieve meaningful learning outcomes, rather than simply engaging in repetitive practice.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to contribute to the strategic product roadmap for the Language Learning app.
  • Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs and industry trends.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Participate in data-driven decision-making, analyzing user metrics and assisting with A/B testing initiatives.
  • Contribute to user-centric design discussions and assist in overseeing product design and user testing activities.
  • Liaise with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure effective integration of gamified features.
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, including coordinating marketing strategies and launch activities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide input and ideas for continuous improvement of the app.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for educational technology and gamified learning experiences.
  • 4-6 years of experience in product management, Ed-Tech, or related field.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and contribute to decision-making.
  • Experience building a B2C product in it's 0 to 1 phase.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
