Job Description:

  • Annual Budgeting exercise & Tracking budget Utilization.
  • Manage Annual Merit increment Cycle Exercise includes salary calculation, payout support and employee communication.
  • Rollout of Bonus plan, calculation of bonuses as per corporate guidelines and payroll inputs
  • Carry out Market Survey / Salary Benchmarking with External Consultant
  • Compliance with Local Min wages from time to time
  • Support recruitment team on salary grid i.e. internal and external benchmarking data, skill-based compensation proposition, etc.
  • Internal and External Audit support
  • MIS Reporting , Salary Revision, Promotion, Retention Bonus Payout calculation and payroll inputs
  • Experience in Merger & Acquisition experience preferred.
  • Advance Excel Skill
  • Excellent Communication skills and aptitude in problem-solving
