Job Role - Experience in Design, Development, Implementation of Compensation and Benefits, knowledge of the statutory and payroll requirements as an input to the Compensation Structure along with exposure in HRIS.


Experience: - 7 to 12 years of experience with MBA Or any Equivalent


Responsibilities:

  • To Design, Develop & Implement of Compensation and Benefits
  • To Design CTC calculation in compliance with CTC structure & laws
  • To Design post PMS annual structure taking into consideration the promotion & increments
  • To Coordinate with external vendors on salary surveys,
  • To Work on Mid-Year Increments & Promotions.
  • To Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)
