Specializing in end-to-end turnkey solutions, Vibgyor seamlessly manages every detail, from concept to completion, ensuring a stress-free experience for clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. He will be responsible for building channel partner network, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing the lead generation process and developing strategies to attract potential clients. Key day-to-day tasks include research, data analysis, outreach, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective lead generation campaigns and mapping of projects. Lead Generation Through Channel PartnersDeveloping channel partner networkGenerating leads through channel partnersProject & Residence MappingIdentify upcoming and ongoing residential and commercial projects within key locations.Map project details — builder, project status, possession timelines, and resident demographics.Build and update a database of potential clients linked to these projects.Partnerships & NetworkingDevelop relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners for qualified referrals.Represent the company at property exhibitions, project handovers, and community events.Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign performance metrics.Present regular reports and insights to management to improve strategy and targeting.QualificationsExperience in lead generation, business development, and client acquisitionProven abilities in lead nurturing, relationship management, and communicationUnderstanding of sales and marketing principles and techniquesExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsRelevant experience in the real estate or design industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
