  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and generate reports on hiring metrics and progress.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Participate in and contribute to team meetings and recruitment strategy sessions.


Qualifications:

  • Any graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on Plant engineering (Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities) or related technical fields.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Required 4 to 8 years of recruitment experience.
