Key Responsibilities:

  • Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to enhance our employer brand and pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement campus recruitment strategies, including planning and executing recruitment events, career fairs, and on-campus interviews.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing methods, including social media, university job boards, and networking, to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Interviewing & Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a strong fit between candidates and the company’s culture and values.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize modern recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-driven sourcing platforms, and data analytics, to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners, to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the campus recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA from the batch of 2022 or 2023 is mandatory.
  • Experience: Internship or full-time experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably with exposure to campus hiring.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in using recruitment technologies, including ATS, sourcing tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Passion for Talent: Deep interest in identifying and developing early-career talent and an understanding of the university recruitment landscape.
