We are a Series C funded company, having raised over $45 million from Global Tier 1 VCs like Tiger Global, VY Capital, Greenoaks, and Z47 (Matrix Partners).


Founder Profiles:


  • Mayank Kukreja (CEO) → Alumnus of IIT and IIM, with professional experience at McKinsey and Myntra.
  • Anish Khadiya (CBO) → Alumnus of IIT and IIM, with a background in ITC, McKinsey, and Myntra.


Role Overview:


As a Founders' team member, you will be at the core of ITILITE, addressing high-impact and high-priority challenges that drive the company forward. From the outset, you will enjoy significant autonomy and the opportunity to work across various functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Supply, and Product amongst others.


We empower you to identify areas that need prioritization and provide the support needed to make a significant business impact.


Within your first year, you can expect to take full ownership of the areas you manage, including performance metrics and team management.


Within 2-3 years, you will lead multiple cross-functional & large-scale initiatives, ranging from new business lines to managing the company's P&L for an entity.

This role is highly cross-functional and you will get to contribute to every high-priority area in the company. Here’s what our current founders' team is working on:


Hitesh Awtaney → ex-Founder, 4+ years at ITILITE

  • 0-1 leading Supply, Business Finance // 30% uptick in revenue
  • 10-100 in Customer Experience // Scaled operations to 4x in 5 months
  • 10-100 in demand generation // 40% drop in Cost per opportunity
  • Currently leading P&L growth and profitability for a business unit


Anshul Gadgil → BITS, IIM A, 2+ years at ITILITE

  • 0-1 launching customer support in a new geo // achieved 82 CSAT
  • 0-1 launching a product line // added Cards to ITILITE products
  • 0-1 adding partnerships as GTM channel // 20% uptick in opportunities
  • Recently moved on to startup in the Wealth Management space


Mrinal Ganapathy → Manipal, ex-Cred, 2+ years at ITILITE

  • 1-10 leading Customer experience & analytics // 15% uptick in revenue
  • 0-1 leading Customer Success for a new geo // 10x revenue in a year
  • 1-10 setting up Intent as a channel for lead generation // 25% uptick in pipeline
  • Currently scaling partnerships as a growth channel for our global business


Ideal Candidate Profile:


We are currently only accepting applications from ex-founders (we understand this is a bias, but the role requires extreme empathy in building a business from the ground up)


The following criteria will make you successful in the role:


  • Openness to question, try new things, and the willingness to hustle
  • Setting high-performance standards (and moving people to make it happen)
  • Ability to adapt (and thrive) when faced with new challenges
  • Comfortable with experimentation, testing, and learning from failures
  • Ideally a total experience of 3-5 years (ideally 2 years running your startup)


This isn’t a role for people who want to specialize.
