Position Overview:
Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and brand awareness via website and digital channels. Lead a high-performing marketing team to execute campaigns that drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with product, sales, inside sales, and other marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of content creators, conversion rate optimization specialists, and digital marketers.
· Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team environment.
· Create and execute comprehensive demand and revenue generation strategies.
· Develop compelling storytelling and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
· Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and referral marketing.
· Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
· Coordinate with various marketing functions to drive cohesive and effective campaigns.
Qualification:
· Over 8 years of extensive B2B marketing experience
· More than 5 years in digital marketing strategy and execution, including SEO, paid advertising, influencer marketing, referral marketing, and more
· Over 5 years of experience in team management
· Proven experience in website strategy and execution
· Proficient in customer journey mapping and sales strategies
· In-depth understanding of market trends, customer journey, report generation, and dashboard creation
· Comprehensive marketing knowledge, including content creation, social media, AI tools, and marketing automation
