The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets within assigned territories.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts within the food industry.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, HORECA, and key accounts.Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and negotiate contracts.Monitor inventory, order processing, and timely product delivery.Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.Attend food exhibitions, trade events, and promotional activities to represent the brand.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).4–5 years of proven sales experience in the Food Sector (FMCG, food distribution, food processing, etc.).Strong knowledge of food products, market trends, and distribution networks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze data and prepare sales projections.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting software.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement of sales targetsNew customer acquisitionCustomer retention rateGrowth in revenue and market shareTimely reporting and accuracy of sales forecastsCompany Website: https://www.amitexindia.comWorking Days: Mon to Sat (Work from Office)Regards,Head HREmail id- hr@amitexindia.comMumbai
