Electrified Propulsion Pref Development Department


Roles & Responsibilities: -


  • Knowledge of FE systems and components within Powertrain (BMS/AMS/ISG/Fuel System/Ignition system/AC) for ICE/HEV/EV.
  • Experience in conducting Coast down test and achieving development and certification standards for FE.
  • Expertise in Calibration of FE System (ISG/Cluster Trip COM FE, BMS).
  • Conducting Competitor Benchmarking to evaluate the Fuel Economy and knowledge on the Market trends (CAND DB Creation required).
  • Work closely with regional R&D centers for all new products development from Proto to Mass Production.


Key Skills & Requirements: -


  • Strong Working knowledge of Fuel Economy testing and Calibration.
  • Expertise in powertrain efficiency and drive train losses test.
  • A Minimum of 5 years of experience as FE calibration engineer, preferably from OEM's.
  • Impressive communication, Presentation, & Interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of INCA/MDA Software & BUS master/Vector Toll Usage.
  • CAN Network skill was added advantage.
  • Must have excellent reading, comprehension skills as well as the ability to be an active listener.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be having the Microsoft skill for data consolidation and presentation.
  • Min Educational background (BE/B-Tech Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering).
