Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Marketing Manager at ARM WELDERS PRIVATE LIMITED. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role located in Pune.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing for minimum of 8 years
  • Strong knowledge of the welding automation industry and welding equipment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree in Engineering and / or Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales of Industrial equipment
