Role Description: We are looking for a full-time, dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in our Bengaluru office. In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant to our clients, ensuring they get the best value from EasySource products. You will focus on building strong relationships, driving product adoption, and contributing to the long-term success of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Become the go-to person for clients, providing strategic insights to help them maximize the value of HireQuotient's solutions and achieve their hiring goals.
  • Drive product adoption by educating and coaching clients on best practices, ensuring they are fully leveraging EasySource's features.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion, collaborating with the Sales team to drive renewals and account growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, delivering feedback to Product teams to guide future enhancements.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and intervene early to address risks of churn or dissatisfaction.
  • Turn successful customers into advocates by guiding them to participate in reference calls, case studies, and webinars.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of business applications, particularly HR tech or hiring platforms.
  • Proven experience working with C-level or senior executives at client organizations.
  • Ability to manage customer accounts with a consultative approach, focusing on long-term success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset for making strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards identifying customer challenges and helping clients navigate complex organizations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams.
