We are a pre-launch, direct-to-consumer beauty brand set to launch in the US that focuses on delivering functional and time-saving beauty products for modern women. Our mission is to streamline beauty routines so women can reclaim time in their busy lives. Currently in stealth mode, we are preparing to disrupt the beauty industry with innovative products that combine convenience, functionality, and beauty.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and hungry Generalist to join our Founder’s Office. This role is perfect for someone with ambition, passion, and the desire to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with the founder, taking on diverse responsibilities across different business functions. While experience is a plus, what matters most to us is your ability to learn quickly, adapt, and show relentless drive to contribute and grow with us. The role offers significant opportunities for leadership and growth as the company scales.


This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a fast-growing startup while working on exciting, cross-functional responsibilities that shape the company’s trajectory.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Management: Coordinate and drive execution of cross-functional projects involving marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Strategy & Growth Initiatives: Assist founder in identifying growth opportunities, market strategies, and execution plans for product launches.
  • Research & Data Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics (with a focus on the US market), and analyze business performance metrics.
  • Operations Support: Support day-to-day operations, including vendor management, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
  • Marketing & Brand Development: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with the US audience, contributing to brand-building activities.
  • Investor Relations: Support investor communications, including preparation of pitch decks, financial models, and progress reports.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Take on a variety of high-priority, time-sensitive tasks that arise in the rapidly evolving startup environment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, STEM, or related fields.
  • 0-4 years of experience in generalist roles, startups, consulting, marketing, operations, or strategy-focused positions.
  • Hunger to Learn: We value drive, ambition, and the ability to take initiative more than previous experience.
  • Familiarity with or direct experience in the US market is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or business analytics platforms.
  • Interest in the beauty industry or consumer brands.
