About the Company:

- Knya is India's leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by husband-wife duo, Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji. The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels.

- Knya has raised seed funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others. Since inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.

Position Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our fast-growing D2C startup in the Founder's Office.


- This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team and across various functions including operations, marketing, product development, and strategy.


- The ideal candidate is a data-driven hustler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on challenges as they come.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Founder in strategic initiatives, including project management and cross-functional coordination.

- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making across different verticals.

- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects and processes.

- Collaborate with multiple teams (marketing, product, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment with the company's goals.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges and contribute to the development of new products and initiatives.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.

- Take ownership of special projects from ideation to execution as directed by the Founder.

Must-Have Requirements:

- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment, consulting, or in roles involving crossfunctional collaboration.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required; experience with tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus).

- Ability to manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot when priorities shift in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently while still being a team player.

Good to Have:

- Previous experience in a D2C startup or e-commerce business.

- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Notion, or automation tools to streamline processes.

- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling.
