Dibber Group is looking for a highly professional, technical and business process expertise in delivering, maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing Dibber’s SuccessFactors solutions.

  • 8-12 Years of experience
  • Exp in Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding (should have done some configurations for these modules), Exp in LMS, Compensation, PMS modules will be a plus


Key Responsibilities

· Solid experience with HXM solutions, preferably SuccessFactors including minimum 2 implementations of SuccessFactors with global companies; hands-on functional experience and configuration; cross-modules /applications integration experience.

· Strong HR business process background is required.

· 3rd line support for all SuccessFactors modules

· Responsible for regular meetings and follow up with Superusers and IT-suppliers regarding.

· Status of service delivery for the defined IT-services

· Plans for improvements of the defined IT-services.

· Partner with HR Superusers and Leadership, to configure, maintain, and operate the environment to reflect and communicate our business processes, and manage our HR events.

· Responsible for analysis of issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

· Responsible for supporting business representatives to describe and specify requirements, to order change requests, and to secure plans for delivery of changes.

· Responsible for monitoring progress, reporting errors to supplier, verifying solutions, and ensuring documentation.

· Responsible for supporting the IT suppliers with knowledge and guidance regarding:

· Dibber IT-environment and integrations to other applications and IT-suppliers

· Dibbers IT-policies/standards

· Business impact of disturbances in the service delivery

· Responsible for supporting the business in process development and lean process improvements, and for enabling and supporting simple and efficient use and utilization of IT among business users.

· Maintain system security roles and supporting content (e.g., profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, workflows etc.

· Partner with stakeholders to configure analytics (e-g preparation and delivery of reports), including measurements strategy and frequency for system maintenance.
