Mentoria is working on building the world’s largest community of career counsellors, career mentors and counsellor-preneurs. India faces a huge shortage of career coaches and needs good quality, highly trained mentors to help millions of students/professionals. Mentoria also empowers career coaches across India to start their own career guidance businesses, and open their own career discovery centres to earn big money and create a LOT of social impact.

Role Description


  • This is a sales role - you will have weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 
  • Speaking to senior psychologists, HR professionals, educators and career coaches, to help them understand Mentoria's Counsellor Certification Programme and Partnership Opportunity
  • Enabling them to understand how they can build their own career guidance businesses to create social impact and make money with the help of Mentoria. 
  • Helping Mentoria build India's largest and most delighted community of career mentors and counsellor-preneurs
  • Moving clients down the sales funnel to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Educating customers about the massive impact and wealth creation opportunity in the career guidance space
  • You'll be on calls and pitching for 70% of your day


Experience Required : 1-3 Years
