Senior Business Development Manager 

Location: Noida, India

Experience Required: 7 to 10 years 

Onsite: In the office 5 days per week unless in front of our wonderful prospects or clients.

Job Summary: 

Ready to make a significant impact on DigiTaiken's growth in the dynamic APAC region? As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving new business and closing important deals. This role focuses on developing strategic plans, generating leads, and showcasing the immense value of our diverse solutions. You will lead by example, combining leadership, communication, and an unrelenting drive for success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation: 

Craft and execute creative strategies to identify and generate leads across the APAC region. Use a mix of outreach techniques—including cold calling, email, social media, and networking—to discover new opportunities. You'll have the support of a dedicated SDR and a top-tier tech stack. 

Qualification: 

Dive deep into prospect needs, budgets, and decision-making processes to qualify leads for our products and services. 

Engagement: 

Represent DigiTaiken with confidence, articulating our value proposition effectively to senior-level decision-makers across the APAC region. 

CRM Management: 

Ensure accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system. 

Collaboration: 

Work closely with global teams to refine and enhance lead generation strategies and campaigns tailored for the APAC market. 

Continuous Learning: 

Stay ahead of the curve by continually updating your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the APAC market. 

Target Achievement: 

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets by converting qualified leads into valuable sales opportunities. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 7 to 10 years in senior sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in business development. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that captivate and inspire action. 
  • Lead Generation: Proven expertise in cold calling and generating leads, especially within the APAC region. 
  • Technical Skills: Have a good understanding of DigiTaiken's products and services. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with senior prospects and expertly handle objections. 
  • Self-Motivation: A driven individual who thrives on meeting targets and pushing boundaries. 
  • Persistence: Resilient and determined to turn rejection into fuel for success. 
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital solutions, emerging technologies, and the APAC market.
