Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tourism Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our startup. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the tourism industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the tourism sector.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market presence and customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the tourism industry.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Management ,Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, destination knowledge on domestic , Europe and far-East tourism attractions.
  • At least 1 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Deep understanding of the tourism industry, including market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
