Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Sourcing Manager at Replicant Systems. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the sourcing process for electronics components and EMS services, negotiating with suppliers, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This role is primarily located in Hyderabad, Telangana.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new vendors for electronics and mechanical components, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
  • Monitor the supply chain to ensure the availability of components and materials, avoiding shortages or delays.
  • Negotiate pricing with vendors to reduce the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost while maintaining quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date BOM for all products, ensuring alignment with the latest product versions and revisions.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all components meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the mechanical, electronics, and product development teams to understand component requirements and specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, vendor contracts, and transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.


Preferred:

  • Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, CPIM).
  • Experience in the electronics or EMS industry
