Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Sourcing Manager at Replicant Systems. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the sourcing process for electronics components and EMS services, negotiating with suppliers, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This role is primarily located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new vendors for electronics and mechanical components, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Monitor the supply chain to ensure the availability of components and materials, avoiding shortages or delays.
Negotiate pricing with vendors to reduce the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date BOM for all products, ensuring alignment with the latest product versions and revisions.
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all components meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Work closely with the mechanical, electronics, and product development teams to understand component requirements and specifications.
Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, vendor contracts, and transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred:
Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, CPIM).
Experience in the electronics or EMS industry
