Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Sourcing Manager at Replicant Systems. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the sourcing process for electronics components and EMS services, negotiating with suppliers, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This role is primarily located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new vendors for electronics and mechanical components, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Monitor the supply chain to ensure the availability of components and materials, avoiding shortages or delays.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors to reduce the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date BOM for all products, ensuring alignment with the latest product versions and revisions.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all components meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with the mechanical, electronics, and product development teams to understand component requirements and specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, vendor contracts, and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, CPIM).
- Experience in the electronics or EMS industry
