You will be responsible for driving the marketing & communication strategy and execution to further the FinbotsAI brand and business objectives. We are a small team with a big ambition, and you will be leading multiple marketing-related aspects of the business including paid marketing, investor relations, events, public relations, digital marketing, partnership marketing and content development.


We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of Series A or Series B experience in a startup and is hands on.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction for FinbotsAI, to meet its brand & business objectives.
  • Manage and lead content development strategy and execution for FinbotsAI’s website and social media channels.
  • Drive inbound leads through a mix of organic brand building and paid marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales function to develop materials and digital strategies to maximize conversions and nurture leads.
  • Develop holistic marketing campaigns and strategies for major product launches & developments.
  • Develop a reporting dashboard for senior management.
  • Grow the FinbotsAI brand through accelerators, events, and awards participation.
  • Plan and execute the public relations strategy.
  • Develop and drive the Partnership strategy & engagement model.
  • Oversee the budget and ongoing marketing spends.


Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in any 2 of these fields: Paid marketing, PR, Social media marketing, Long-form content development and SEO.
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing and leading a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and try new things.
  • Be comfortable using new digital tools and technologies.
  • Be comfortable in picking up complex, technical topics (credit risk/lending).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Be comfortable working with colleagues in different regions and time zones.
  • The role is based in Hyderabad, India OR Singapore and is office-based.
