We are looking for Foundry Head who will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our foundry operations. From optimizing production processes to ensuring quality control and driving efficiency and innovation within foundry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the foundry, including personnel, production scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and advanced diploma in Foundry Technology
- 20 years + of experience in foundry operations, with a proven track record of leadership and success.
- Strong knowledge of foundry processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead teams through change.
