Key Responsibilities
- Drive the End-to-End recruitment and selection Process by self and through team for our Retail business, Enterprise business with a view to provide best talent.
- Ensure for Timely closure on recruitment as per the TAT.
- Evaluate Candidate Strength against the position requirements to include Cultural fit within the business. Ensure Recruitment cost is controlled and is in line with the budget Drive and explore for Recruitment Sources and activities to attract the best talent.
- Develop good relationship with Internal and External Stakeholders. Establish a strong employer brand to attract the best talent.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment with candidates, including Salary, benefits. Track, analyze and report on metrics and effectiveness of recruitment programs - Analyze new trends and share best practices.
