We operate 15 company owned clinics in India, and 40 clinics in 16 countries worldwide, through master franchisees.
DHI is positioned as a premium service provider which charges a premium over its competitors, due to quality of its work and results.
The company also runs an aesthetics clinic business with 3 clinics in India.
The company is about to launch a top-notch range of hair care products and supplements and plans to rapidly capture a significant share in the huge hair care segment, through online channels primarily.
The company is highly profitable and uniquely positioned to grow exponentially.
Summary
We are seeking a skilled International Operations Specialist to oversee various aspects of our global operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, support coordination and ensuring that franchisees comply with the franchise agreements.
Role Description
Business Development:
- Utilize excellent people skills to establish and maintain relationships with international partners and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion into new markets.
- Manage commercial aspects of international operations, including negotiations and contracts.
- Stay updated with legal requirements and regulations in target markets, ensuring compliance in all business activities.
- New Clinic Launch, Facility, Equipment, Team Hiring & Regular Operations
Providing operational, marketing and business support to the franchisees across the world:
- Be the main person responsible for co-ordinating the training of doctors, nurses.
- Coordination with clinics and franchisees for training of the surgeon.
- Plan and execute business trainings with international partners, India clinic staff and surgeons.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate with franchisees on all operational matters, instruments supplies, payments, marketing etc. Have excellent rapport with franchisees.
- Perform data analysis to derive insights and support decision-making for operational enhancements.
- Influence marketing strategies based on operational insights to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products effectively in international markets, utilizing digital marketing strategies where applicable.
Compliance:
- Manage payment processes and agreements with clients and vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain brand integrity across international operations, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
