He/she will be the point of contact for the players ensuring smooth gaming experience.Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)Responsibilities: Provide prompt and effective support to players via email or any other medium and solve the issues/queries.Be responsible to deliver player feedback and bugs reported by players to our game teams and support them to provide solutions.Ensure high customer satisfaction and adhere to minimal response time.Setup processes and create & maintain FAQs.Gather player feedback and share insights with the product and design teams.Required:Exp: 0-2 years in customer support (freshers can apply).Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.Passion for gaming.
