Urgent Opening for Customer Service Executive in a reputed Courier logistic firm in Rabale, Navi Mumbai
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Customer Complaint Handling and resolving it
- Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Monitoring Sales and supporting monthly target
- Identify tasks critical to keeping customer satisfaction levels in check
- Encourage and motivate team members for continuance of quality service delivery
Requirements and skills
- Fresher or Min 1 year Experience required
- Education - Hsc / Graduation in any stream.
- Skills Required - Good in Communication and spoken English.
- Well versed in mailing Microsoft outlook.
- Good in MS office excel.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
