Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at The Sports School in Bengaluru. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.


  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls, for students/players admission into The Sports School.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments in the admission process.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Establish and maintain effective contact with the potential and existing customer base through direct marketing and cold calling.
  • Update and maintain the database and provide regular update to the management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Superior time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications [Excel, PowerPoint and word]
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
