The RoleWe're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Founder's Office and work directly with our Chief Business Officer. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of strategic decision-making while building expertise across sales, marketing, and business development in a deep-tech startup environment.4. Core ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Operations:Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, and sales trackersDraft and send professional email communications to prospects, clients, and partnersHandle inbound/outbound calls with potential clients and partnersDeliver basic product pitches in English to qualified leadsSchedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zonesManage social media content calendar and posting across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platformsAttend and represent Cloudworx at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking eventsSupport CBO with meeting minutes, action items, and systematic follow-ups with leadsAccount & Partner Management:Act as SPOC for assigned client accounts and partnership channelsCoordinate with strategic partners.Track partner deliverables and maintain relationship databasesSupport contract negotiations and documentationAdministrative & Strategic Support:Prepare briefing documents for high-stake meetingsConduct market research and competitive intelligence gatheringMaintain CRM and ensure data hygieneSupport in organizing webinars and virtual product demonstrationsAssist in grant applications and compliance documentation5. Growth Trajectory (12-24 months)As you grow with us, you'll progressively take on:Leading initial client meetings independentlyContributing to GTM strategy for new markets and verticalsManaging complete sales cycles from site inspections to RFI/RFP responsesCreating pitch decks, proposals, and quotationsDeveloping marketing campaigns and content strategiesSupporting investor relations and fundraising activities6. Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have:Excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishStrong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter attitude with minimal supervision needs1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (startup experience preferred)Strong Plus:Engineering background (B.Tech/BE) to grasp deep-tech conceptsUnderstanding of SaaS, IoT, or Industry 4.0 technologiesExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)International exposure or experience working with global clientsMindset Requirements:Startup DNA - comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changeHigh risk, high reward mentalityGrowth mindset with eagerness to learn across functionsTeam player who can work independently when needed7.
