We’re looking for an exceptional Customer Support & Admin Specialist to join our fully remote team.This is not a call centre role — it’s high-level, hands-on support across our lettings and sales operations. You’ll handle complex queries, support estate agents and clients, manage contracts, and own high volumes of admin tasks. If you're detail-obsessed, a fast thinker, and thrive under pressure — we want you.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries (email, live chat, phone, tickets) with speed and professionalismManage tenancy and sales progress: contracts, payments, documentation, and compliance checksLiaise with landlords, tenants, agents, buyers and sellers — all with calm, clarity, and careTroubleshoot issues around maintenance, arrears, legal terms, and customer onboardingKeep workflows up-to-date across platforms like Excel, Stripe, HubSpot, and internal CRMsWho We’re Looking ForFluent in English (spoken and written) with impeccable grammar and toneHighly organised, proactive, and capable of handling a heavy admin workloadEmotionally intelligent — calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and a clear communicatorTech-savvy — fast typing and confident navigating digital tools and CRMsStrong grasp of contracts, legal terms, or property workflows (a big plus)Remote setup ready: fast internet, noise-free space, webcam, and noise-cancelling headsetWhat You’ll GetFull training and daily supportOpportunity to grow within a fast-scaling UK tech companyWork with a sharp, mission-driven teamReal ownership and career progressionThis Role Is Not For You If:You struggle with admin-heavy roles or multi-taskingYou’re looking for a relaxed, low-volume support jobYou cannot commit to UK hours or weekend shifts
