Role - Your major role is to lead a team of presales professionals who are
responsible for engaging potential clients and understanding their requirements.

Responsibility:
➢ Developing sales strategies and tactics that align with the company’s overall
business objectives and goals.
➢ Leading and managing the presales team, including setting goals and targets,
providing coaching and training and overseeing their work.
➢ Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for
attracting and engaging potential clients.
➢ Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients
and industry experts.
➢ Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers, leads, and prospects.
➢ Monitoring calls, leads and productivity of the team.
➢ Handling inbound / Outbound calls
➢ Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements :
➢ Any Graduate / Postgraduate with a minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
➢ Should have Excellent Communication skills and Convincing Power
➢ Should have handled a team of atleast 5 tele callers
➢ Strong at Sales Pitch.

Skills :
• 6 – 8 years of relevant experience working in real estate sales.
• Strong Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Tech savvy, Brand planning, Consumer initiatives & insights, market intelligence, Business model,
and budget management across various geographies.
• A strategic approach with the ability to see the - big picture- and interpret environmental and organizational
changes and their impact on the organization
• Strong business acumen with high EQ.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality.
• Zeal of a Self-starter who can manage with limited supervision and direction as this person can operate and
drive results and set priorities independently.
• Superb time management, multi-tasking, prioritization skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and grow your skills and knowledge.
• Keen attention to detail, and fanatically organized while working seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making skills with an ownership mindset.
• Experience to lead with processes and data but being able to adapt when solving problems. You take the
initiative, are highly collaborative and always willing to support the team. You have the drive to help people,
