  • Manage and optimize paid mediacampaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Adsand other online advertising channels.
  • Analyzeand interpret data to identify trends insights and opportunitiesfor optimization.
  • Collaborate with internalteams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and goals withoverall business objectives.
  • Monitor and reporton key performance metrics providing insights and recommendationsfor improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing tooptimize creatives landing pages and campaignelements.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resourceseffectively to maximize results.
  • Stay uptodatewith industry trends and best practices in performancemarketing.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improveorganic search rankings and drive websitetraffic.
  • Work with external agencies andvendors to execute marketing campaigns andinitiatives.
  • Create compelling ad copy anddesign engaging visuals to drive campaignperformance.
  • Identify and evaluate newmarketing opportunities to expand the companys reach andimpact.
  • Assist in the development and of emailmarketing campaigns and automationworkflows.
  • Collaborate with the sales team toalign marketing efforts with sales goals andinitiatives.
  • Contribute to the overallmarketing strategy and planningprocess.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Advertising Business or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in digital marketingand performance marketing roles.
  • Demonstratedexpertise in data analysis and proficiency with analyticstools.
  • Strong understanding of digitaladvertising platforms and bestpractices.
  • Ability to interpret and deriveinsights from marketing analytics and performancedata.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and bestpractices.
  • Excellent project management andorganizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketingautomation and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • Strong communication collaborationand interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with A/Btesting and campaign optimizationstrategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projectsand deadlines simultaneously.
  • Understanding ofweb and digital technologies including content managementsystems.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with apassion for staying ahead in the digital marketinglandscape.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce and onlineretail marketing is a plus.
