**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Create and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the promotion of educational content such as blog posts, eBooks, and webinars through paid channels to expand our audience reach.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets to improve CTR
- Assist in budget allocation and tracking for various marketing campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the marketing team, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- End-to-end management of all paid campaigns across mediums, i. e. planning, budgeting, executing, optimising and reporting for paid ads, along with performance goals, objectives and projections.
- Utilise CRM tools to track and manage leads, and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to drive conversions.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA ROI, and ROAS - both short and long term.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience with digital paid media.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing. Certifications are a plus.
- Superior knowledge of paid media tools, digital marketing and analytics platforms like Facebook ads, Google ads, other PPC channels, SEO etc.
- Understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modelling is a must
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, such as Lead squared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in using analytical tools like Google Analytics, data visualisation tools, and Excel to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
