- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.- Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet and exceed goals.- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.- Conduct thorough audience research to create detailed and effective targeting strategies.- Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI by testing ad creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad designs and copy.- Work closely with the strategy team to align campaign objectives with client goals.- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.- Implement best practices to enhance overall campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns.- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager.- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and strategy teams.- A data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving ROI.- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and advertising platforms.
