Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns, primarily focusing on Facebook ads through Ads Manager. A strong understanding of Google SEO is also highly desirable.
**Responsibilities**:
1)Campaign Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors.
Develop comprehensive digital advertising plans, including campaign objectives, budget allocation, targeting, and creative strategies.
2) Facebook Advertising Management:Set up, manage, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns using Ads Manager.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
Stay up to date with the latest Facebook advertising trends, features, and best practices.
3)Google SEO (Search Engine Optimization):Assist in implementing and optimising SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website rankings on Google.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements for SEO.
Monitor website performance using SEO analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
4)Performance Tracking and Reporting:Set up and monitor tracking tools (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and key metrics.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
Provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders, highlighting campaign results and recommending actionable strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns using Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and concepts (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS).
- Familiarity with Google SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
