PositionOverview: The company is seeking an experienced anddynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drivebusiness growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible formanaging daytoday activities ensuring excellent client service andachieving sales targets while fostering a positive workenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. BranchOperations:
  • Overseedaily operations of the branch to ensure compliance with companypolicies and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Implement operationalprocedures to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness.
TeamManagement:
  • Recruittrain and mentor branch staff to maximize performance andengagement.
  • Conduct regularperformance evaluations and provide constructivefeedback.
ClientRelationshipManagement:
  • Developand maintain strong relationships with clients to understand theirinvestment needs.
  • Address clientinquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure highsatisfaction.
Salesand BusinessDevelopment:
  • Achievesales targets by developing strategies to attract new clients andretain existing ones.
  • Conduct marketresearch to identify opportunities forgrowth.
FinancialManagement:
  • Monitorbranch financial performance including revenue expenses andprofitability.
  • Prepare and presentreports on branch performance to seniormanagement.
Complianceand RiskManagement:
  • Ensureall activities comply with regulatory requirements and internalpolicies.
  • Identify and mitigateoperational risks to safeguard companyassets.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field (MBApreferred).
  • 8 years of experience instock broking or financial services with at least 5 years in amanagerial role.
  • Strong knowledge offinancial markets investment products and regulatoryframeworks.
  • Proven track record ofachieving sales targets and managing a teameffectively.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and leadershipskills.
  • Proficient in usingfinancial software andtools.
