F. CTC: Rs. 3.00 LPA to 6.25 LPA on case to case basis plus performance based Incentives.

H. Job Purpose:
- The Branch Manager - Direct Sales is responsible for offering customized insurance solutions to meet the diverse financial needs of customers. This role will act as an interface between the customer and the company, driving sales growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

J. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New Business Target Achievement: Achieve 100% of new business targets set for the branch.
- Renewal Business: Ensure renewal business targets are met at a minimum of 85%.
K. Job Requirements:
- Headcount Supervision:
- Direct Supervision: 1-4 FLS (Financial Life Specialists)
- Total Headcount Supervised: 1-4
L. Qualifications:
a) Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a direct sales environment.
- Life insurance sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
b) Functional Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and insurance products.
- Ability to implement and follow a structured sales process.
- Experience in business planning and strategy execution.
- Understanding of competition benchmarking in the market.
c) Behavioral Competencies:
- Ability to anticipate and leverage business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
- High customer orientation with a focus on delivering value.
