JobDescription:We areseeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Territory Manager to join ourteam and drive sales of skincare products across Mumbai with aprimary focus on dermatologists and other relevant clients. As aTerritory Manager you will be responsible for building andmaintaining strong relationships with key accounts identifying newbusiness opportunities and achieving salestargets.Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute a strategic salesplan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in theassigned territory.2. Build and maintainrelationships with dermatologists skincare clinics spas beautysalons and other relevant clients.3. Conductproduct presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on thefeatures benefits and usage of our skincareproducts.4. Provide training and support toclients on product knowledge application techniques and bestpractices.5. Collaborate with internal teamsincluding marketing product development and customer service toensure customer satisfaction and drive businessgrowth.6. Monitor market trends competitoractivities and customer feedback to identify opportunities forproduct improvement and differentiation.7.Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and marketanalysis to management.8. Attend industryevents trade shows and conferences to network with potentialclients and stay updated on industrydevelopments. DesiredCandidate Profile:1. Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing or related field.2.Proven track record of successful sales experience preferably inthe skincare beauty or pharmaceuticalindustry.3. Strong interpersonal skills andability to build rapport with clients at alllevels.4. Excellent communication andpresentation skills both verbal andwritten.5. Selfmotivated with a drive forresults and ability to work independently.6.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMsoftware.7. Willingness to travel within theassigned territory as required.8. Knowledgeof skincare products ingredients and industry trends is aplus.
  • Preparation of Sales andRolling Forecast Product wise/Sku wise.
  • Collectcapture and convey feedback to HO on all aspects of the business(including product quality pricing packing new product ideas supplysituations competition activities schemes etc.) across channelusers field employees
Must haveGood relations in Wholesale CosmeticsStores.
