Gym Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Ensure all visitors feel valued and attended to from the moment they enter FitClub.
Sales: Promote and sell gym memberships to potential clients by providing information on membership benefits and gym facilities. Assist clients in choosing the best membership option to suit their needs.
Telephone Handling: Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Provide accurate information or direct calls to the appropriate staff member as needed.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for gym tours, personal training sessions, and other gym-related activities.
Client Assistance: Provide basic information about gym services, facilities, and programs to clients, employees, and visitors. Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues in a timely manner.
Membership Enrollment: Manage the front desk operations and assist clients visiting the gym with membership enrollment and orientation.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of FitClub.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-5 years of work experience in a gym or similar environment.
Appearance: Presentable candidates preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Industry Background: Candidates with a background in the gym experience are highly preferred.
