Job Overview


Azuro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Customer Relation to join our team. As the Manager - Customer Relation, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and effective resolutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalate as necessary
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service and make recommendations to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive customer success
  • Track and analyze customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management
