As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, You’ll be working as a highly skilled technical developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. As a developer, You’ll play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline IT service management processes. If you have a deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, we invite you to join us.

As a SenServiceNow Developer , you will be responsible for:
 

Working with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, ITOM and ITAM Scripting ServiceNow (XML, JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development Designing, building, testing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports Integrating with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP / REST, email, DB connector, plugins etc.) Working with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) Have Minimum 8 years of development experience on ServiceNow platform with atleast 4+ years of CMDB experience Have Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions Have ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery Be able to demonstrate success in delivering solutions following ServiceNow best practices Have Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Have Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
