Implementing ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM and HR for our customers

· Implementing integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available

· Contributing as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex

· Analyzing and resolving production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow

· Handling code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow

· Supporting end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution


We expect you to have:

· Fluent written and spoken English

· ServiceNow Administrator certification with preferably ITSM Implementation Specialist

· Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow developer / support role

· Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module

· Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant

· ServiceNow CSM/HR module knowledge will be considered as an advantage

· Prior exposure or working with international teams
