We are currently hiring for ServiceNow Developer(ITOM) which is in Pune Location.
It is Contract-to-hire but a long-term Project.
Here is the Job Description for the Requirement,
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Pune
Payroll: Globex Digital

Role & responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of IT Asset Management processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Configure ServiceNow ITAM modules to meet the organization‘s requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define ITAM policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow ITAM and other systems (e.g., CMDB, procurement systems).
Provide guidance and support to IT and business teams on ITAM best practices and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT assets to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on key ITAM metrics and KPIs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ITAM function.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
years of experience in IT Asset Management, with a focus on ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Asset Management certification preferred.
Proficiency in ServiceNow ITAM modules and related technologies.
Strong understanding of ITAM processes, including asset lifecycle management, software license management, and procurement.
Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
