Outreach Specialist

Manage endtoend execution ofcampaigns across various channels including email onlinecommunities and organic social to drive new reviews for targetaccounts
Create and A/B test newcampaign messaging and landing pages to improve campaignperformance
Compile and report on allrelevant campaignlevel and teamlevelmetrics
Research highvalue targetaudiences to drive lead generation
Collaborate with clients in the planning and execution of theirreview strategies; work with internal stakeholders to understandneeds and align on campaign goals
Collaborate globally with other teams to align messaging andmaintain brand compliance.
Contributeto other goals as needed on the Outreachteam.
Requirements
23 years of experience working in marketing communications or arelated field.
Familiarity withsocial media marketing tools such as Linkedin and Facebook organicoutreach programs.
Communicateclearly and effectively in writing and inperson.
Strong project management andcrossfunctional skills.
Creativethinker and unafraid to try newthings.
Agile and can adapt tochanging circumstances orrequirements.
Can balance workingindependently with working closely with a globalteam.
Desire to strive for success inprojects small and large.
Experiencein software tech and/or usergeneratedcontent
Bachelor sdegree.
Education and Experience: Bachelor s or master s degree inmarketing or a related field 6-7 years of proven working experiencein digital marketing, preferably in an agency environmentDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, emailmarketing, social media, Analytics, and/or display advertisingcampaigns Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge ofwebsite and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 3& 4, SEMRush, etc.) Experience in setting up and optimizing PPCcampaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of HTML,CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Knowledge of GoogleTag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Big Query
