Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ads Funnel Manager to join our marketing team. The Ads Funnel Manager will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive qualified leads and conversions for our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results through effective ad funnels.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies to drive lead generation and sales for our training programs.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize ad targeting and maximize ROI.
  • Design and implement ad funnels, including lead capture pages, landing pages, and email sequences, to nurture leads through the sales process.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
  • A/B test ad creatives, messaging, and landing page variations to identify top-performing assets and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and content development, to align ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Manage advertising budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, preferably in the finance or education industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and advertising dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling ad copy, messaging, and visuals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising certifications preferred.
