We are looking for ahandson HR leader with 8 years of experience in building a team andsetting up processes in a growing company.

KeyAreas:
  • TalentAcquisition: Lead recruitment strategies to deliver 5xgrowth ensuring the right talent is hired to support businessobjectives.
  • HROperations & SOPs: Oversee HR operations developand optimize standard operating procedures to ensure smoothfunctioning of all HRprocesses.
  • EmployeeEngagement & Experience: Create and implementinitiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positiveworkenvironment.
  • PerformanceManagement: Design and implement a robust performancemanagement framework that aligns with business goals and driveshighperformance.
  • Diversity& Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusionprograms to build a dynamic and innovativeworkforce.
  • GreatPlace to Work Certification: Set the path and executeinitiatives to achieve and maintain GPTWcertification.
  • Compliance& Policies: Ensure full compliance with all laborlaws and HRrelated regulations. Implement and update HR policies asneeded.
  • LeadershipDevelopment: Develop leadership and succession planningprograms to identify and nurture futureleaders.
  • HRTechnology & Analytics: Leverage HR technologiesand analytics to drive insights and improve decisionmaking acrossHRfunctions.
  • TeamManagement: Build lead and mentor the HR team to achievedepartmental and companygoals.
  • Workclosely with the cofounder Mukul who has a track record of buildingsuccessful products forBharat.

Note:
Thisposition requires fulltime inoffice attendance six days a week(Monday to Saturday) in Sector 66 GurugramHaryana.
