Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced ManagerAccounts to join our Accounts department. The idealcandidate will oversee financial operations ensure compliance withaccounting principles and support the Associate Director in variousfinancialtasks.



RequirementsOverseedaily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivablegeneral ledger and bankreconciliations.
Prepare and analyzefinancial statements reports andbudgets.
Ensure compliance withfinancial regulations andstandards.
Conduct financialanalysis to support strategic planning anddecisionmaking.
Manage monthend andyearend closing processes.
Superviseand mentor junior accountingstaff.
Coordinate with auditors forannual audits.
Implement andmaintain internal controls andprocedures.
Handle tax filings andensure timely payment oftaxes.
Assist in developing andimplementing financial policies andprocedures.

Education:Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; a masters degree or certification (CPA CMA)preferred.
Experience:810 years in accounting or finance roles with experience in asupervisory/managerial positionpreferred.
Skills:
  • Indepthknowledge of accounting principles regulations and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in accountingsoftware and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.

Position: Inside Sales and Customer Support Representative -Medical Devices Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support tocustomers regarding medical devices such as ECG(Electrocardiogram), ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring),Holter monitors, and Sleep Tests. Handle inbound customer inquiriesvia phone, email, and chat, offering expert guidance on deviceselection, usage, and troubleshooting. Proactively engage withpotential customers to promote medical devices, highlighting theirbenefits and features tailored to specific healthcare needs.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and salesactivities using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up andnurturing of leads. Collaborate closely with the sales team toidentify opportunities for introducing medical devices into newmarkets or expanding within existing accounts. Demonstrateproficiency in explaining the technical specifications andfunctionality of medical devices, addressing any concerns orquestions from healthcare professionals and end-users. Resolvetechnical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance for medicaldevices, prioritizing rapid resolution to minimize downtime. Stayinformed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, andadvancements in medical technology related to ECG, ABPM, Holtermonitors, and Sleep Tests. Achieve or exceed sales targets andKPIs, including customer satisfaction metrics and revenueobjectives within the medical devices segment. Continuously enhanceknowledge of medical devices, including attending trainingsessions, participating in product demonstrations, andself-directed learning initiatives to maintain expertise in theservice field. Requirement: Excellent Communication Skills:Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionallywith customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear andconcise information regarding medical devices such as ECG, ABPM,Holter monitors, and Sleep Tests. Minimum 3 Years of Experience inInside Sales: Proven track record in inside sales, with at leastthree years of experience in a similar role, preferably within thehealthcare or medical devices industry. Minimum Graduate: Allapplicants must have at least a bachelor's degree, with preferencegiven to candidates with additional qualifications orcertifications related to healthcare or sales.
