Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented GST Filing & Return Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of GST compliance, including filing returns, handling assessments, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions. This is an urgent requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with all GST regulations and timely filing of GST returns.
  • Manage GST audits, assessments, and respond to notices.
  • Verify invoices and ensure correct input tax credit (ITC) claims.
  • Reconcile GST data between books of accounts and GST portal.
  • Provide timely updates on changes in GST laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for GST-related queries.
  • Maintain records and documents for GST compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in GST filing and return processes.
  • Proficient in GSTN portal and filing of all GST forms.
  • Strong knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Odoo accounting software.
